Dr. Laura Knight - Founder and CEO
With over 22 years of industry expertise and a decade of organizational leadership experience, Dr. Laura Knight Lynn offers a unique combination of business acumen, academic insight, coaching proficiency, and deep organizational understanding. She holds a PhD in Research Methodology and Human Development, an Executive MBA, a master’s degree in counseling, a postgraduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching, and is a Board Certified Coach.
Dr. Knight is passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and empowering individuals to thrive. She is dedicated to promoting psychological safety, well-being, and personal agency in professional settings, bringing a wealth of leadership experience to every endeavor.
As a devoted scholar-practitioner, Dr. Knight actively researches, writes, publishes, and presents on a range of topics, including mentoring, cultivating healthy organizational cultures, change management, compassionate workplace practices, strategic planning and assessment, personality dynamics in the workplace, employee support systems, and workplace well-being.
